Utilising his expertise to lead teams around the world, Hadley secured the role of Senior Manager at the National Crime Agency in the Middle East and Asia region as the first black law enforcement diplomat. He later led the UK policing contribution to reconstruction in Afghanistan.
Continuing to work his way up the ranks, Hadley was the proud Head of Integrated Protective Physical Security for the National Crime Agency. Respected for his profound knowledge and vast experience in the industry, he was elected to the Chair of the NCA Ethnic Minorities Network, an organisation which puts inclusivity first.
