In 2012, Glen defeated Martin Adams, Robbie Green, Martin Atkins and finally Scott Waites to win the EDO England Classic. Glen also won the pairs competition with partner Tony Eccles and was runner-up in the inaugural EDO England Matchplay. In 2015, he won his first major title at the 2015 World Masters, defeating former World Matchplay champion Larry Butler. At the 2017 BDO World Darts Championship, Glen was ranked as the number one seed and went on to win the competition. Glen won the BDO World Darts Championship in both 2018 and 2019 and the PDC Premier League in 2020. He also won the PDC World Matchplay before stepping away from professional darts in 2022.
From there, Glen brought his world-class expertise and analysis of the sport to a variety of networks, becoming a key part of darts coverage. In 2023, Glen became a commentator and pundit for the MODUS Super Series, bringing his expert analysis and in-depth knowledge to audiences.
