She has also claimed the Institute of Internal Auditor’s Annual Award and has been appointed a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. Frances also holds several honorary degrees from universities such as Loughborough University, City University and Trinity College. She has also acted as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Institute for Fiscal Studies and a Senior Fellow at UCLA in the School of Public Policy.
