In addition to his regular shows, Ed has been cooking up a storm on Countdown to Christmas, Chefs at Sea and Ready, Steady Cook, proving his continued relevance as a chef and a presenter.

Prior to becoming a household name, Ed gained his qualifications and experience at the prestigious The Dorchester in London guided by the iconic Anton Mosimann. After two years of intense training, Ed continued to develop his skill set on world class yachts and overseas in France and Australia before returning to the UK and setting up his first restaurant in London, Daphne’s.

As an internationally acclaimed chef, Ed has continued to grow his restaurant portfolio and now has well regarded establishments in both Soho and Fulham, one of which is Randall & Aubine, where Ed filmed a six part series for ITV. He has also published a number of cookery books to help others create delicious and nutritious meals from home. One of the key focuses of Ed’s books is utilising the great produce available locally, as is evident in ‘Best of British’.
