He worked at the Medical Research Council for over a decade as Head of Safety, Security & Environment and later Group Head of Resilience & Digital Learning Leader. Transitioning into technology work, he served as Learning Technology Lead at Deloitte and Global Technology, Innovation & AI Lead at Bayer Corporation Pharmaceutical. In 2023, Ashwin founded his company Mehtadology, where he developed the Agentic Readiness Framework to help organisations deploy agents to handle business functions and processes.
