Beginning his career as a Financial Controller at Imerys, Dimitri moved into risk management as an Operational Risk Manager at Société Générale, before becoming Head of Risk Management at ING. He then served as VP of Information Security and Business Continuity Management at Edmond de Rothschild, followed by Senior IT Security Advisor at Union Bancaire Privée. In 2019, he was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director and Vice-Chairman of Ukreximbank, 3rd largest bank in Ukraine, where he led governance reform and strategic oversight in a corporate turnaround context and through wartime. He founded AndSecure in 2020, a management and governance advisory practice, before serving as Chief Security Officer at BforeAI in 2024-2025. Since 2025, he has served as a Visiting Professor at Albert School and is a Pre-Qualified Board Director Candidate for both the EBRD and the International Finance Corporation.
