Dave Bartrum

Motorsports speaker and motor racing performer Dave Bartrum is one of the founding members of the British team Motorbase Performance, a collection of drivers and motorsports speakers who compete in some of the highest level and intense motoring tournaments in the world.

Formerly a member of Production Saloon, Dave Bartrum is an experienced racer and performer most well-known for competing in the British Touring Car Championship. As a sports speaker, Dave discusses the various races and circuits on which he has appeared as well as sharing his own insights into other motorsports competitions and drivers. With experience competing in the British GT Championships, Le Mans Endurance Series and the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, Dave Bartrum is not only an impressive driver but also an accomplished after dinner speaker.

The 2014 British GT Champions, Motorbase Performance are available for hire as motorsports speakers for private events and corporate functions, particularly popular with fellow car enthusiasts Dave Bartrum and his team have appeared at events up and down the UK, performing both as drivers and also as after dinner speakers.

In the tenth year of their career, Dave Bartrum and his fellow Motorbase teammates have raced in a variety of cars, from the Porsche Carrera to the BMW 320si E90 and boast the winning title at the 2010 Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain competition amongst their ever-increasing successes.

Outside his work with the Motorbase Performance team, Dave Bartrum has been called upon to act as a motorsports speaker and representative by members of the press, responding to and commenting upon high profile races and racing incidents with a knowledgeable and informed background. Bartrum has been applauded for his work as a sports speaker and his ability to combine a passion for cars with an entertaining story telling ability.
