Ayesha Ibrahim is the founder of Honey Corn, a cosmetics brand with ethics at the core of their values; only using organic and natural ingredients. Ayesha is passionate about sustainability and Honey Corn is part of an initiative that encourages UK residents to plant seeds and flowers honeybees will love. Having worked in senior positions at numerous companies, Ayesha is aware of what it takes for companies to become socially and environmentally responsible. Having graduated from the University of Hull with a BA in Human Resource Management & Marketing, Ayesha’s first notable role was as a Sales & Business Development Manager for G8 Climate Change and Corporate Policy Report where she was responsible for communicating with FTSE 100 companies in association with The Prince of Wales’ Corporate Leaders Group. Ayesha has also worked as the Sales Manager for WACAPOL Mills Ltd, Deputy Managing Director for Gbelane Agricultural Project, Co-Founder, and Director for Mountain Lion Ltd., Senior Account Manager for World News Media Ltd and Senior Client Consultant for EMAP.
In 2017 Ayesha combined her passions for business and sustainability to create Honey Corn. Like many small business owners, Ayesha had to change the way she did business during the Covid-19 pandemic. She worked alongside freelancers to create her website so she could still reach her customers. Ayesha had to put in hours and hours of work trying to change her strategy to ensure her company did not suffer. Her products have even been featured in GQ, Tatler, and Vogue as a testament to her innovation which is both kind on the skin and kind to the planet. In 2022 Ayesha was a Free From Skincare Awards Finalist & Bronze Winner for one of her bestselling serums. To add to her awards, Ayesha was shortlisted for the Small Good Business Award 2023 and received accolades from London Business Hub and the Westway Trust.
