Andrew Osagie

Andrew Osagie is a British runner and Olympic speaker from Harlow, Essex who began representing his country in international competitions aged just twenty-one. A double-bronze medallist, Andrew has taken part in the Olympics, The Commonwealth Games and the World Indoor Championships; his work as both an athlete and sports speaker have taken him around the world and his appearances at after dinner speaker events have helped to raise his profile and popularity amongst the British public.

Specializing in the 800 metres Andrew Osagie ranked an impressive 8^th in London’s 2012 Summer Olympics coming in in under two minutes. Andrew has competed at club level for the same team, Harlow Athletic Club, since he was a teenager and continues to represent his home town team in spite of his international success; Andrew often appears as an Olympic speaker at club events and works to promote the club in his local area.

Alongside his work with Harlow Athletic Andrew Osagie also works as a sports speaker at youth and sports events, he strives to encourage future generations into sports and promotes the benefits of an active and sporting lifestyle.
