Andreea Bulisache

Andreea Bulisache is an international keynote speaker, board director and technology leader specialising in artificial intelligence, AI governance, cybersecurity and enterprise value creation. As the Founder of Stratified Advisory, Non-Executive Director of FORT S.A. and a former National Technology Officer and Business Development Executive at Microsoft, Andreea brings more than two decades of international experience to the stage. Her career has placed her at the intersection of technology, governance, public policy and investment, with one of her most significant achievements being her contribution to more than $1 billion in commercial and ecosystem impact through major technology partnerships and platform integrations.

Andreea began her career with Vodafone, working with major clients across voice and mobile data services, before moving into international events and technology consulting. She later worked as Head of Production and Delegate Acquisition at Endeavour Events, producing executive conferences focused on areas including cybersecurity and risk management. Her subsequent position as a Senior Consultant at Domus Technica developed her expertise in data governance, security and financial services. Alongside her professional progression, Andreea completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and an International MBA at Nyenrode Business University. She has continued her executive education throughout her career, completing Harvard Business School’s ‘Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director’ programme, alongside private equity qualifications from Bocconi University and the CFA Institute.

In 2014, Andreea joined Microsoft Consulting Services as an Engagement Manager, leading digital transformation, cloud adoption and technology programmes across EMEA. She progressed to become National Technology Officer and Business Development Executive at Microsoft, spending more than seven years in the position and working across AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and public policy. Across almost a decade with Microsoft, Andreea worked across more than 30 markets and contributed to over $1 billion in ecosystem impact, including through major technology partnerships and integrations involving GitHub and Databricks. She also contributed to the EU AI Act and national cyber resilience frameworks. Since leaving Microsoft, Andreea has founded Stratified Advisory, served as Chief Strategy Officer of Flipsnack, become an Advisor to the Cantellus Group and joined the board of publicly listed cybersecurity company FORT S.A. as a Non-Executive Director. Her wider leadership experience includes serving as Chair of Young & Bold, a Board Member of AVE România and an International Advisory Board Member at Nyenrode Business University. She is also the creator of the AI Governance War Room and author of the ‘Governing Intelligence’ research series.
