Alyssa Farah and Johanna Maska have enjoyed a successful career working in senior, high-ranking positions in the American government. Working at the epicentre of the White House, Alyssa and Johanna have worked under President Donald Trump and President Barack Obama to assist in the effective running of the United States constitution. With a successful career under their belts, Alyssa and Johanna are now booked together as speakers to share their experiences at the White House and America’s political divide.

Best known for their high-ranking roles in the White House, Alyssa was formerly the White House Communications Director for Donald Trump during his presidency and the Press Secretary to Vice President Mike Pence. Johanna was the former White House Director of Press Advance during the presidency of Barack Obama. Both women have been pioneers in the white house, with Alyssa being the youngest person in history to serve as one of the top spokespeople for the Pentagon and Johanna orchestrating live addresses to the nation in the face of topical events such as the anniversary of Osama Bin Laden’s death.

Before landing her position at the White House, Alyssa worked as the Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of Defence for Media Affairs and was also the Communications Director for the Freedom Caucus in the U.S House of Representatives. Johanna formerly worked as part of the senior leadership team at the Los Angeles Times and educated future generations as a teacher at the University of Southern California. Johanna also enjoyed time as a Fellow of the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics. The pair have since found themselves travelling the globe with the most prestigious members of the American government, experiencing everything from conducting briefings in the middle of war zones to orchestrating live national broadcasts.

Since leaving the White House, Alyssa has dedicated her work to be a political and corporate communications strategist, putting into use the expertise she honed at the top of the American constitution and acts as a Visiting Fellow for the Independent Women’s Forum. Johanna is currently the CEO of the Global Situation Room and also enjoys being the co-host of Pod is a Woman, the podcast. Both women made a substantial impact in their political roles, with Johanna running a range of G8 and NATO arrangements, all within a few weeks of giving birth to her son. Such a substantial impact has allowed the pair to become keynote speakers on their time in the White House, joining forces to discuss the American political divide.
