Allison Alt is an award-winning attorney, global executive, professor, and founder of Business for Good, LLC, a pioneering platform equipping businesses to align profitability with purpose through ESG, CSR, and DEI strategies. Allison’s career began with a strong foundation in advocacy and education. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and later earned her Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Early on, she worked on Capitol Hill, shaping intergenerational and education policy through roles at Generations United and the Children’s Defense Fund, where she trained caregivers and engaged directly with legislators at the White House and Congress. This passion for policy and impact led to her role as Environmental Protection Attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where she litigated high-profile cases against major oil and gas corporations, including The Boring Company, protecting air, water, and waste systems.

Throughout her career, Allison has held transformative leadership positions. As Executive Director of Social Impact 360, she led the largest youth-led movement for social entrepreneurship in the United States, creating partnerships with the United Nations Development Programme and the French Government’s Global Social Pact. Later, as Acting Legal COO at Ready, a Google-backed healthcare startup, she developed national compliance systems, an ethics hotline, and OSHA programmes for hundreds of employees. Today, as Founder & CEO of Business for Good, LLC, she has built a global e-learning community serving over 30,000 small and mid-sized businesses, providing them with Fortune 500-grade sustainability and compliance tools that deliver measurable ROI.
