Abigail Barnes is an award-winning entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Success by Design Training. After a near-death experience on a work trip aged just 32, Abigail decided to spread the #itsyourtime message to try and encourage others to make the most of their lives. As the creator of the infamous 888 Formula, Abigail has become an expert at time management, giving her audience actionable advice on the strategies organisations can use to improve their productivity and their work/life balance.

Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Business & Marketing Management, Abigail then went on to gain her Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM. Upon graduating, Abigail started her career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for Williams de Broe before then becoming a Marketing Executive with GAM. After gaining over 8 years of experience in marketing, Abigail then became the Marketing Manager for First State Investments before then becoming the Marketing Consultant for Lloyds Banking Group. In 2011 Abigail then became the Senior Institutional Marketing Manager for Threadneedle Investments. It was in 2012 when Abigail had her near-death experience and then Founded Success by Design Training just one year later.

As the creator of the 888 formula, Abigail helps people maximise their time by devoting 8 hours each to sleeping, learning and leisure. By 2025 she aims to have helped over 1 million people claim an extra one hour a day just by managing their time more efficiently. Abigail is also the host of the 'It's Your Time Show' where she shares inspirational stories of entrepreneurs and professionals from all over the world and examples of the incredible possibilities that await when people change the way they invest their time.
