Will Courtenay is a leading F1 strategist and engineer who has worked with both Red Bull Racing and McLaren Racing. During his time with Red Bull, Will won an impressive 8 drivers' titles and 6 constructors' titles. After Jaguar rebranded to Red Bull Racing, Will transitioned into a strategy engineer role, where he managed operations and logistics. With his instinctive leadership skills, Will became the senior analyst for Red Bull in 2007 and the head of race strategy in 2010. Red Bull would go on to win the constructors title in Will's first four years as the team's head of strategy, with Sebastian Vettel winning four straight drivers championships. Will added his fifth and sixth constructors titles with Red Bull to his list of successes in 2022 and 2023, during Max Verstappen's run of four straight drivers titles. After completing 21 seasons with Red Bull, Will joined the McLaren Racing F1 team in 2026 as their sporting director.
