Tag Warner is the force better known as the CEO of GAY TIMES, a global LGBTQ+ brand. Joining the organisation at the age of 24, he was able to transform the magazine’s long-standing history into a modern brand. A media & marketing expert, Tag uses his platform as a keynote speaker to amplify the needs of the LGBTQ+ community, of which he is a proud member.

Tag possesses a BA in Management from the University of Manchester after which he started his career working as an Operations Analyst for British Airways and then as a Business & Research Analyst for Heathrow Airport. In a matter of 5 years, Tag assumed the responsibility of CEO at Gay Times, a magazine that was established in 1974. Tag’s contributions to the brand exemplify his prowess as a visionary. The reforms he actioned, led GAY TIMES to grow from less than 200,000 monthly visitors to over 4 million.

Lauded for his work, Tag was named one of the Top 10 Trailblazers by Campaign UK in 2019. Moreover, he was featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2022, for leaving an indelible mark in the field of media and marketing. Skilled as a businessman, Tag was included in The Raconteur 50 list – a testament to his innovation and commitment to employee wellbeing. Under his stewardship, GAY TIMES was also named Brand of the Year at The Drum Awards.

Tag is known for his advocacy and often raises his voice to call for meaningful systemic changes that will empower organisations who strive to represent diverse audiences.
