With over 20 years at Lloyds, Ross presently holds the role of Workplace Inclusion Lead within the Engagement, Sustainability and Inclusion team, where he plays an instrumental role in ensuring accessibility and inclusion requirements are met for all colleagues. Ross’s lived experience with disability, in addition to his in-depth experience in workplace accessibility, makes him one of the most distinguished speakers in the area of diversity and inclusion.

He recently was appointed as a Board Trustee for Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK, the recognised UK Charity for his own disability.
