As a National Trainer, he gained essential experience in running workshops on culture, leadership development, team building, and personal development. It was a match made in heaven, and he loved every second of it.

From side hustles to performing close-up magic at weddings, Ricky was once again able to connect with people in a positive way. This podcast combined Ricky’s experience as a personal development expert with his magnetic charisma to inspire listeners. This was when Ricky met Steve McDermott, and his professional life began to blossom into something truly beautiful.
