Regina Quartey is a multidimensional, professional speaker and business strategist who founded ExeQutive to empower women to own their narrative. A proud mother of two, she supports clients across the globe to present the best possible versions of themselves, leveraging her 10+ years of business experience and unfiltered life stories. Regina shares that empowering leaders does not just feel like a business to her; it is her life's purpose. She speaks authentically, to blend commercial rigour with lived experience, making her a highly sought-after voice throughout leadership, identity and motivation.
Her early life was defined by resilience with an ambitious mother, working in the travel industry, who would take Regina around the world. Being exposed to cultures and languages, Regina was fluent in 4 languages by the time she was only 6 years old. However, being a single mother in London came with its challenges, resulting in Regina moving through foster care, living with 12 different families and attending 17 schools by the time she was adopted at the age of 11. Regina shares her personal stories to highlight her passion for inspiring women with deep empathy, adaptability and passion.
Throughout her professional career, Regina has held roles in government, technology, consulting and public policy. Beginning her career as a Humanitarian Aid Officer at Roundabout China, she went on to serve across public affairs and corporate sectors before joining Vodafone as a Technical Delivery Manager in 2016. In 2018, she furthered her career as the Head of EU Exit Digital Delivery and Strategy at Government Digital Service, followed by joining PWC UK as a Manager. In 2025, she became the founder and CEO of ExeQutive, where she works to provide workshops, personal brand advisory and curation services to refelct womens impact, values and leadership to help them refine their reputation.
Regina continues to share her insight as the Board Advisor at the School of Law and Social Sciences and the Director and Head of Strategy and Portfolio Office at WPP. With over 50 clients worldwide, including the likes of PWC UK, Uber UK, the London School of Economics, Women in Technology World Series, National Highways and more. Regina demonstrates what is possible for women when they are given the tools to flourish in the corporate world.
