After completing her studies for a BBA in Accounting and Business Management at the Westminster Business School, Raimonda began her highly successful career as a Business Funding, Growth & Scale Consultant for Allied Powers Ltd. Here she built her knowledge on helping businesses to grow and scale their industry, creating proposals for funding and investment. Working with the company for three years, Raimonda then went on to work as a Visiting Lecturer in Business & Entrepreneurship at the University of Westminster, teaching the Entrepreneurial Practice Module. In 2019, Raimonda started hosting the Inspiring Women Stories Podcast, interviewing a range of international entrepreneurs on their success stories.

Raimonda is best known for founding the Women In Business Club, established back in 2017. The Women In Business Club was created with the intention of creating a community of female-led businesses, solo female entrepreneurs and female founders, that supports and empowers their success. Uniting ambitious, creative, innovative and thriving women, the Women In Business Club now has over 1500 members and continues to unite female leaders across the globe each and every day. She is also the Founder of Women Thrive Media, a global female empowerment platform purposely designed to provide a platform on which women’s voices are heard. Every March, Raimonda hosts a Women Thrive Summit, at which hundreds of inspirational women take to the stage to share their impressive stories.
