Pinky Jangra is a resilience and wellbeing consultant and trainer, whose relentless self-motivated study, introspection, and real-world application has led to two decades of experience and expertise, and her training of world leaders such as Dr Gabor Maté and Dr John Demartini. As a speaker, she delivers impactful, relatable sessions that change the lives of thousands across a range of industries, including the NHS, banking, insurance and law, non-profit, and education. Having overcome childhood trauma, abuse, and cultural oppression, Pinky is also a fierce advocate for women, particularly those of South Asian descent. Businesses and individuals alike can hire her to cover topics such as stress, spirituality, mental health, corporate culture, burnout, trauma, and finding meaning and purpose in life.
Rejecting societal and cultural expectations early on, including arranged marriage, Pinky has fearlessly created her own path, having carved out a life that she loves on her terms. She began her career by graduating from the University of Sussex with a BSc Biochemistry with Neurobiology, and then an MSc Technology & Innovation Management. From there, she took on roles including Project & Programme Management at Unipart Logistics and Change Consultant at Lightfoot Solutions.
It was in 2015 that she became a self-employed Personal Development Trainer, covering topics such as self-awareness, emotional healing, resilience, spirituality, quantum physics, meditation, mindset, childhood trauma, and development for audiences such as women’s charities, domestic abuse survivors, and support groups. She’s also supported fellow wellness entrepreneurs with services in strategy, marketing, and product launches, as well as arranged an event for global author and entrepreneur James Altucher. Pinky was soon recognised as one of the UK’s Top New Voices in Self-Help by Hay House and Psychologies Magazine for her outstanding efforts. She went on to become Senior Consultant & Resilience Trainer at Prederi, and then Team Leader at Natural Success Academy. In 2023, she co-created and was a host at the Consciousness Conference. She has also shared her wisdom on BBC Asian Network Radio and UK Health Radio.
Pinky’s multi-faceted flair is highly evident for organising events, hosting, presenting, speaking, camera work, corporate videos, and social media livestreaming. She collaborates with clients to deliver talks that are tailored to their individual needs, audience, and duration, whether for corporate or public audiences. For corporate audiences, she focuses in on wellbeing and mental health, resilience and stress, change and adaptability, trauma in the workplace, and performance and potential, while for public audiences, she can cover wellbeing and mental health, but also trauma, healing, and transformation; spiritual growth, life purpose, and philosophy; superconscious, imagination, and visualisation; and women’s empowerment (particularly South Asian). You don’t want to miss out on hiring Pinky Jangra for a truly enlightening session!

Official Feedback from In-Person & Virtual Events
Feedback from In-Person Events:
“Pinky was a keynote speaker for the HR Indies Annual Conference organised by HR Independents Ltd. Her session was on Resilience and Running Your Own Business. From the moment we contacted Pinky to speak for us she was a pleasure to work with, we loved her energy and bouncing ideas around with her. She took the time to understand our needs and create a tailored session for us.
She has a natural warmth and great presentation style which had the room of delegates hanging on her every word, despite being the last session of the day! Pinky's honesty about her own story and challenges helped provide reassurance to others and her interactive session really got people talking and sharing. We had some great breakthrough moments! If you're considering working with Pinky, don't hesitate, you won't regret it!” - Aimee, HR and People Leader
“Cannot recommend Pinky enough. She ran a wellness and resilience session for the Insurance Institute of London Seminar Series at Lloyd’s of London. Pinky brings her knowledge and experience to life and makes it impact full and easy to apply. A wonderfully inspirational session. Thank you!” - Michaela, Inclusive Culture Programme Manager, Apollo
“I have had the pleasure of working with Pinky on several occasions as the Content and Event Coordinator at Cityparents (now, WorkLifeCentral). Pinky is one of my go-to speakers for events in our Wellbeing category as her sessions are always insightful, encouraging, genuine and practical. The way Pinky can balance the expected with the unexpected, things you want to hear with things you need to hear - and does it with such empathy and command - makes her easy to watch, easy to listen to and easy to learn from. What strikes me the most about Pinky is that she is a champion of people. A champion of the Self. You leave her workshops feeling uplifted, confident and most of all hopeful. I would recommend Pinky and her work to anyone and everyone who is looking to increase their resilience and/or make a positive transformation in their organisation and life. She is truly one of the best there is.” - Jill, WorkLifeCentral
“I am inspired by Pinky's frank honesty and very human approach to facing our own difficulties. Your strength and resilience is inspiring.” - Bouncing Back After Abuse, Solace Women’s Aid
“I cannot recommend Pinky highly enough or indeed thank her enough for the session she ran on Trauma for We-Are-Hr which I had the pleasure to host last week.
Trauma is often felt but seldom spoken about however Pinky shone a very bright torch on what could have been an uncomfortable topic in a professional, engaging and exceptionally convivial manner whilst enlightening all present in relation to what we can and should do to manage both ourselves and others more effectively.” - Keith, We-Are-HR
“Pinky has the ability to light a fire in your stomach! I worked with her in my role at Elysian and have made a friend for life. She has an amazing energy that can feed a whole team, even in a remote setting, and bring them all together around a shared vision. It's astounding. Her visualisation techniques are some of the best I have ever heard, if I was in charge of Calm or Headspace Apps I'd pay Pinky a lot of money to recruit her. Pinky is made of special stuff.” - David, Operations Director, Elysian Search Consulting
“Pinky was incredibly engaging, relatable and insightful. I gained a lot from the session and am keen to hear more, as well as follow up with some of the suggestions and techniques Pinky offered. Great session, thank you.” - Recovering From Burnout: Reflect, Refuel, Recover Webinar, WLC
