In 1995 she joined the BBC, becoming a full-time network broadcaster who presented shows such as the Commonwealth Games and North West Tonight. In 2007 she founded Fresh Air Coaching and has since established herself as one of the leading performance coaches in the country.
As a distinguished performance coach, Phillippa stands out for her mastery of several techniques, such as NLP and Neuro Hypnotic Reprogramming. Moreover, she was the first coach in the UK to be qualified to practice ground-breaking Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories techniques for treating PTSS.
