Paul Griffiths is the Founder and Creative Director of The Awakening Programme and a popular keynote speaker who has over a decade of experience speaking in schools and companies across the whole of the UK. Having always been passionate about the great outdoors, Paul spent time as a Sales Manager/Buyer for Hi Peak Leisure Ltd, an Area Sales Executive and Training Co-ordinator for Terra Nova Equipment and a Business Development Manager in Outdoor Education. Paul then spent six years with the Entrust Education as a Development Manager and Motivational Speaker where he earned the Entrust Inspire Award Winner 2015. Paul divided his time between helping design outdoor itineraries which assisted in schools’ current itineraries, presenting motivational talks to teacher conferences and delivering his own presentation to schools across the UK to try and encourage pupils to explore the natural world around them.
Using this strong background in outdoor sports as the basis for his talks, Paul now teaches his audience about resilience and determination, having two near-death experiences in the French and Swiss Alps and countless setbacks from injuries. In 2022, Paul Founded The Awakening Programme where he uses an ancient philosophy as the key to understanding our place in this world to instil a sense of inner harmony through the use of lessons and practical workshops.
