With more than 30 years’ experience working in fine cuisine Paul Ellis launched his career in London after leaving catering college. During his early years Paul trained with some of the most influential celebrity chefs of the period, most notably Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

Amongst his many achievements as both a chef and businessman is Paul’s prize winning Findon restaurant, which he developed from scratch to become the most highly recommended establishment in the region. As well as working as the head chef at Findon, Paul Ellis also runs as an events catering company and is one of the most in demand celebrity chefs for cooking demonstrations at food shows and festivals around the country.
His demonstrations have become so well received that Paul has even launched his own cookery school, which has been applauded by audiences up and down the country.
