His great determination led him to pass the demanding UK Special Forces selection successfully. He joined the Special Boat Service as a qualified diver. Here he served as a Team Leader, overseeing complex missions in high-pressure and hostile environments, where he had to make critical decisions under duress and lead the team in unpredictable scenarios. His time in the military has equipped him with the mental resilience to be able to thrive in environments requiring unwavering focus, adaptability, and emotional regulation. After his time serving in the military, Pasha transitioned into the private sector as Operations Director at Black Box Global Ltd. In this role he leads complex security operations, offering strategic risk management and operational excellence.
Pasha now often dedicates his time to delivering motivational speeches and sharing his experiences to inspire others on themes of leadership, mental health, risk management, and overcoming adversity.
