Pasha Munro

Pasha is a former Royal Marines Commando, special forces operator, security specialist, and speaker who turns front-line experience into powerful lessons on resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure. Growing up in a tough environment, Pasha learned the value of hard work, loyalty, and standing up when life knocks you down from an early age, lessons that later shaped his path into the military and beyond. He currently serves as an Operations Director in the Security and risk management industry, bringing extensive expertise and operational excellence. Overcoming his challenging childhood, Pasha found direction by joining the Sea Cadets at the age of 12. At 19, he completed the demanding 30‑week Royal Marines Commando training and was later selected for special forces, serving on operations and exercises in some of the most challenging and sensitive environments. During his military career, Pasha has been a part of the Royal Marines Commando, a Mountain Leader, and a qualified UKSF Diver. During these roles, he has overseen complex missions in high-pressure and hostile environments, where he had to make critical decisions under duress and lead the team in unpredictable scenarios. These testing experiences have equipped him with the ability to lead under extreme pressure, make clear decisions with limited information, and look after the people to his left and right, even when the odds were stacked against them. After his time serving in the military, Pasha transitioned into the private sector as Operations Director at Black Box Global Ltd. In this role, he led complex security operations, offering strategic risk management and operational excellence. He currently serves as the Director of Special Projects at Blue Line Security LTD. 

Pasha has also made TV appearances on well-known programmes and was a ground hunter for Channel 4’s 'Hunted'. Set to return for future series, Pasha demontated his military precision, and brought a unique perspective on tracking, decision‑making, and staying composed under intense scrutiny.
