Dr Naeema Pasha is an authority on the future of work and AI leadership evolution. On a mission to build a fairer society and equity in the world of work, she is at the forefront of equity and behavioural science. The Director of Research at MKAI.org, Naeema, contributes world-class research and engagements on ethical and inclusive AI, delving into how they align with purpose-driven business strategies. Speaking at leading venues, Naeema eloquently speaks on AI equity, human behaviour, bias, and the future of AI.
Highly educated, Naeema holds multiple degrees, including a DMS in Organisational Psychology from Birmingham City University, an MSc in Business Research Methods, and a PhD in Business Administration from Henley Business School. In 2003, she joined the University of Reading as a Deputy Director, alongside working as an eCareers Consultant at Graduate Prospects. Gaining profound expertise during her time with Graduate Prospects, Naeema became a Careers Consultant at LSE, the University of London and Wikijob.co.uk before joining Euromed Management as a Career Coach.
In 2014, she landed the role of Director of Equity, Careers and World of Work at Henley Business School, leading EDI, culture change and talent management development. Following that distinguished role, Naeema became a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows and Director of Behavioral Science EMEA at CoachHub. Along with her role at MKAI.org, Naeema is a Behavioural Scientist at Philosophy At Work and a Coach Consultant at Richmond. Her pioneering work has seen her named on the Top 50 Global AI Ethics Thinkers and voted 11th on the Top 30 Global Thinkers 2021 by HR Magazine.
In addition to her groundbreaking research on digital skills development and race equity, Naeema has contributed to Microsoft’s Unlocking the UK’s Potential with Digital Skills report and co-authored Futureproof Your Career. She has also been featured in LBC, WIRED, Business Insider, FT, BBC, Forbes and Cosmopolitan. Helping organisations prepare for the future of AI, Naeema sits at the intersection of AI, equity, and behavioural science. Providing a fresh perspective on inclusive AI, she has spoken at The AI Summit London, The Modern Woman Show and delivered a keynote address at the Windsor Castle Leaders Debate.
