In 2013 Meredith brought to life her entrepreneurial vision as the CEO & Founder of FinePoint. Focusing on communication and leadership, Meredith was inspired by the female colleagues she had encountered in her career, that would shy away from sharing their achievements. Educating others on the power of being your own publicist, Meredith specialises in teaching women how to self-promote and the importance of corporate teams ‘bragging’ together. Through her company, FinePoint, Meredith has developed two leading coaching plans: Brag Better and The Qualified Quiet, to support those that have the skills but not the voice to talk about it.

In 2020 Meredith gave individuals an insight into her strategies when she published ‘Brag Better: Master the Art of Fearless Self-Promotion’, she expands on its content as a speaker. An accomplished writer, Meredith has 15 years of experience as a freelancer, contributing to the likes of Forbes, The Harvard Business Review and The Washington Post. Outside of her dedicated work on self-branding, Meredith is also passionate about sustainability and is the creator and host of It Never Gets Old, which explores the fashion resale economy.
