Maya Raichoora is “building the Nike of mental fitness” as a Co-Founder of Remap, the mission being to push society towards prioritising mental fitness in the same way that it does physical fitness. She is a pioneering coach to elite athletes and CEOs, and Nike’s first mental fitness trainer, helping individuals to “think, feel, and perform like the top 1%” through various live events, one-on-one coaching, keynote speeches, panels, and workshops. As a leading expert in mental fitness, personal development, and high performance, Maya is in high demand as a speaker, with her ability to deliver engaging and impactful sessions involving enriching insights, enthusiastic storytelling, and practical learnings.
At 15-years-old, Maya was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a chronic irritable bowel disease. She was in constant debilitating pain, but it is the technique of visualisation – retraining your brain so you can take control of the way you think, feel, and perform – that helps her to power through it. She went on to build the foundations for her career, leading her Young Enterprise UK team to win the 2015 Young Enterprise competition while completing her A Levels. The team created a sturdy yet stylish water bottle, the ‘Sip-O-Sack’, which features a snack container. She followed this with the role of Corporate Law Intern for Memery Crystal LLP, and by 2017, had graduated from the University of Bristol with an MSci Geography with Innovation, in addition to receiving a Santander Innovation Scholarship. From there, she took on the role of App Designer for the Dove Self Esteem Project at Unilever, and then Innovation Consultant roles for B24/7 and nowhere Group Ltd, President at Enactus, and Innovation Team Member at Landsec.
In 2020, she joined the Young Entrepreneur podcast as a co-host,and this was the year she co-founded Remap, utilising more than 10 years of brain training experience and her background in innovation and business development to share her journey and the power of visualisation. She works with global brands, training individuals to rewire their thinking to reduce negativity, become more resilient, and enjoy optimum wellness and performance. In 2023, she delivered her TEDx talk, Dare to Build the Future You Deserve, followed by Why Mental Fitness is the New Mental Health in 2024. She is also a LinkedIn Top Voice, and in 2025, she published her book, Visualise: Think, Feel, Perform Like the Top 1%.
Furthermore, Maya regularly features on podcasts such as Working Hard with Grace Beverley and Modern Wellness, in addition to being a former co-host of the Young Entrepreneur podcast. When it comes to speaking on stage, Maya homes in on topics of mental fitness, visualisation, becoming the top 1%, high performance, and personal development. Taking her first-hand experience, she captivates and inspires audiences worldwide, whether small groups or rooms full of over 5,000 people. Whether speaking for Disney, LEGO, Meta, or Bentley, she leaves a lasting impact that keeps organisations coming back for more.
