Max Whittle is a London-based presenter and content creator, currently the face of Aston Villa’s fanzone show. He was at the heart of an exciting summer of sport in Birmingham, first as NEC Arena host for the netball at the Commonwealth Games, before his role as stadium host at Edgbaston for The Hundred. Other presenting work includes Prime Video Sport, BBC Bitesize and Premier League Productions.
Growing up in Worcester, Max quickly grew a passion and strong knowledge of American sports with annual trips to the US to attend basketball camps, a journey that culminated in a place at the Gran Canaria Basketball Academy before university. His interest in American sports from a young age has led to feature writing and digital hosting at the Guardian, co-hosting Major League Baseball’s flagship European YouTube show, presenting for Amazon Prime’s social channels at the US Open and sitting down for exclusive interviews with the likes of Draymond Green and Hakeem Olajuwon.
