Mark Gainey has been building successful companies for 20 years, after serving as a Director for Globalsight Corporation, AlterG Inc, and BoardVantage Inc. After studying General Studies at Harvard University, Mark’s career skyrocketed, resulting in him being the successful Director and Founder of multiple companies, including TA Associates.
Mark’s passion for business began in 1991, where he served as an associate with TA Associates Management, specialising in technology and business service investments until 1995. In 1996, Mark Co-Founded Kana Communications, applying his knowledge as their Chief Executive Officer and President until 1999, then as their Chairman until 2000. Mark was also the President and Chairman of SWK Holdings Corporation in 1996, whilst founding Kana Communications, reflecting his dedication to innovating new technology, finance and business.
In 2014, Mark became the Director of Clari Inc, a company specialising in financial advising to drive revenue. Continuing his success of founding profitable businesses, Mark Co-Founded Strava in 2008, becoming Chairman of the Board in 2017 - Strava is a highly successful app specifically designed for athletes to track their progress via GPS.
