Since retiring Marion has coached top players, one of which went on to become the French Open Champion, under her support. Additionally, Marion has given much of her time to worthy and charitable organizations. In 2014 she took part in the STRIVE Challenge alongside Sam Branson, Justin Packshaw and Noah Devereux. The group raised £750K for the Big Change Trustby running, cycling, rowing and hiking from London to the top of the Matterhorn in Switzerland.
