Lindsey McInerney

Lindsey McInerney is the Founder of Black Sun Labs and Co-Founder and CEO of Sixth Wall. A renowned tech futurist who has dedicated her career to helping people understand the impact of cutting-edge technologies so that they can be adopted early, Lindsey is now available to share her wealth of knowledge with her audience when hired as a speaker.

Lindsey completed her BA in English, Culture Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University and post-graduation in Public Relations from Humber College. Lindsey’s resume is chock-a-block with key roles she has played in multiple leading organisations. Some of these roles include being a Social Media Coordinator for the Social Media Group, Community Producer for Syncapse and Senior Sales Engineer at Sysomos. Today, as a Scholar-in-Residence at McMaster University, Lindsey teaches a course called the Future of the Internet. 

In 2013, Lindsey joined as a Manager of Solution Consultants at Hootsuite Media and later was promoted to the position of Global Head of Transformation at Hootsuite Media. He then became Head of Solution Engineering at Qubit, Global Head of Solution Consultants for PatSnap and then progressed to Global Head of Technology and Innovation for AB InBev. She has also been an Executive Producer for Toonstar and an Advisor for Spanning Labs.
