Kreena Dhiman is a change and adversity strategist, financial educator and advocate for women’s health and inclusive leadership. From fighting breast cancer to navigating the complexities of infertility, Kreena understands that success is not created overnight and resilience is a result of a sustained mindset and empowering behavioural practices.
Establishing a career in finance, Kreena served as the Head of Business Finance for Legal and General when, at 33, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and so ensued a journey that would not only strengthen her resilience but also her courage and discipline. Following chemotherapy-induced heart failure, medically induced menopause, infertility and surrogacy, Kreena began speaking about her experiences, discussing health equity, resilience and financial wellbeing through what she calls the Acceptance Effect. Despite the challenges faced in the pursuit of motherhood, Kreena became a mother to triplets plus one. From this, she co-founded The Intended Parent, looking to spark conversations on the surrogacy process and offer support to those in similar positions. In 2022, she became a brand ambassador for Estée Lauder’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, through which she had the opportunity to address Parliament and appear across a wide range of media. The following year, she co-founded South Asian Supernovas, aiming to create a safe space for members to connect and find the representation they needed. Kreena serves as a brand partner for Ferring Pharmaceuticals and advises the International Cario-Oncology Society.
Alongside her inspirational work, Kreena has won several awards, including the British Podcast Award for The Intended Parent, Mother and Baby’s Top 20 Mumfluencer, Glow Mama’s ‘Mum of the Year’ and ‘Most Inspiring Mama’, and the SHE Awards’ ‘Glass Ceiling Breaker’. She been featured across BBC News, The Telegraph, OK and Stylist Magazines, and has delivered speeches for ASCO, NHS Health Leadership, The Fertility Show and more. Kreena is currently writing her first book.
Residing at the intersection of organisational behaviour, human resilience, and value-led leadership, Kreena uses her lived experience to inspire audiences to overcome adversity, break their own barriers, and build a life full of health, happiness, and purpose. Through amplifying unheard or often overlooked voices, Kreena challenges cultural inequalities to ensure inclusion goes deeper than surface-level performance.

1. The Art of Being Brave: From Resistance to Resilience
Kreena’s signature keynote explores how vulnerability is not a weakness but a gateway to authentic leadership, resilience, and personal transformation. Sharing her powerful story - surviving cancer, heart failure, and infertility, she challenges audiences to redefine bravery for themselves.
Whether facing health struggles, financial uncertainty, career transitions, or cultural pressures, this talk helps individuals connect with their truth. Kreena’s fundamental lesson is to demonstrate that Acceptance is a leadership asset - it fosters emotional intelligence, reduces resistance to change, and opens the door to creative solutions.
2. The Safety Net: Protecting Your Future – How Insurance and Financial Planning Saved My Life
In her 30s, Kreena faced a decade of medical trauma navigating cancer, heart failure, medical menopause, IVF and surrogacy. Without adequate insurance, she would’ve been over a quarter of a million pounds in debt. This keynote highlights the importance of financial planning and protection products; from critical illness cover and income protection to travel insurance, fertility funding and planning for the unthinkable. Kreena brings heart to what is often seen as a dry topic, using her lived experience and senior finance career to empower others to take control before a crisis hits.
3. Motherhood Reimagined: Beyond Biology – Redefining Fertility, Family and Femininity
When cancer, menopause, and heart failure made pregnancy impossible, Kreena became a mother to triplets
plus one through surrogacy and donor conception. She speaks candidly about grief, identity, and cultural
stigma as a South Asian woman, offering a deeply human exploration of modern family-building and inclusion
in the workplace.
As a South Asian woman, Kreena has dismantled deep-rooted stigma, cultural expectations, and health inequities throughout her life. Her voice bridges community, corporate, and clinical spaces bringing empathy, education, and empowerment to every stage.
This keynote explores how organisations can better support alternate paths to parenthood and create compassionate, inclusive workplace cultures.
