Kitty Horlick

Kitty Horlick is a leading expert on blockchain, AI, cryptography, and the impact of these technologies on society. She is the founder of Blackwood Consultancy and the COO of Rarilabs. As an experienced communications expert, Kitty’s career began as the PR Executive for Portland Communications. As a multi-media journalist, she wrote publications for the likes of The Sunday Times. She then founded her own consultancy firm, Blackwood, which focused on helping companies onboard the wonders of web3 and the technologies associated with it. Following this, she served as the Director of Rarify Services and led communications at the Digital Landowners Society. Kitty is currently the COO of Rarilabs, a blockchain-based research centre. Here, she helps develop tools that tackle some of the online world's biggest challenges, such as ensuring that AI content is easy to detect and protecting personal data. Rarilabs is also a key contributor to the digital identity protocol, Rarimo.
