Back in 2001, Keith began his decorated career working as a Senior Trainer and Analyst for McKinsey & Company. Here, Keith fostered his expertise in learning and development, creating a series of training materials and courses across the company. In 2004, Keith became the Manager of Training & Development for Hearst Magazines, before becoming the Senior Learning Project Manager and Change Management Consultant for Schlesinger Group. In 2010, Keith returned to education himself, qualifying with an MBA in Business and Leadership from the City University of New York in 2012. Keith also worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant for Exelon during his studies, before becoming an Asia-Pacific Regional Learning Director for GP Strategies Corporation.
In 2017, Keith gained a Certificate for the Innovation of Product & Services from the MIT Sloan School of Management, later returning to education again to achieve a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021 and a Doctor of Education from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania in 2022. Amongst his studies, Keith also worked as the Senior Director and Global Learning Strategist for GP Strategies Corporation and Head of the Global Learning Network for General Motors. He has also been a Future Workplace Fellow and Host of the Ahead of Tomorrow podcast.
