Judi Love is one of the UK’s most electrifying comedic voices, known for her honest, bold humour and warm stage presence. A gifted stand-up comedian and engaging television presenter, Judi connects with audiences through her hilarious observations on everyday life. She rose to national prominence as a regular panellist on ITV’s Loose Women, where she made history by appearing on the show's first-ever all-Black panel, a segment that went on to win a prestigious RTS Award. With a comedic style rooted in authenticity and empathy, Judi continues to shine as one of British entertainment’s most compelling performers.
Born and raised in Hackney, London, Judi is the youngest of five children and a proud daughter of Jamaican parents. Her path to comedy was shaped by her academic background and personal experiences. She studied Community Arts and Social Science, followed by a Master’s in Social Work at the Tavistock Institute. Judi’s comedic journey began unexpectedly when she delivered a stand-up routine for a class assignment, using humour to reflect on her experience caring for her late mother, who had dementia. This early performance laid the foundation for her debut stage show, Laughter Is Healing, in 2011, which established her reputation as a performer able to balance poignancy with punchlines.
Since then, Judi has built an impressive career across stage and screen. In 2020, she became a finalist on Celebrity MasterChef, showcasing her creativity and charm under pressure. She then took to the ballroom in 2021 as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, where her vibrant samba to Sean Paul left a lasting impression. Judi joined the thirteenth series of Taskmaster in 2022, further displaying her comedic range, and starred in LOL: Last One Laughing UK in 2025, alongside some of the UK’s top comedy talents. In 2024, she fronted her own show, Judi Love’s Culinary Cruise, affirming her versatility as a presenter. She also continues to appear on Celebrity Gogglebox, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Graham Norton Show, and Would I Lie To You?, adding to her growing presence in British popular culture.
Judi is an in-demand host and speaker thanks to her relatable humour and insightful commentary on important social topics. She covers issues such as mental health, cultural identity, family life, and women’s empowerment - all infused with her unique comedic twist. Whether she’s leading a panel, delivering a keynote, or performing stand-up, Judi brings infectious energy and a perspective that is both entertaining and impactful. For events seeking laughter with depth and a powerful voice with real experience, Judi is the perfect choice.
