Henry Firth and Ian Theasby are renowned for taking vegan mainstream, creators of BOSH! and presenters of ITV’s Living on the Veg. Growing up as meat eaters, the pair made the decision to turn vegan, leaving behind eating meat and filling their diets with plant-based recipes. Today, they are the authors of three Sunday Times Bestselling vegan cookery books and are popular choices to have appear at all manner of events. In 2018, the pair authored their first vegan cookbook, titled BOSH! which has since been named the best-selling vegan cookbook of all time and best-selling debut cookbook in 2018.

Since their first book, Henry and Ian have also authored BISH BASH BOSH, BOSH! Healthy Vegan and How To Live Vegan – landing them in the Sunday Times Bestsellers three times. They have also been in the Food and Drink Top 20 Charts for 65 consecutive weeks and claimed the 2019 Non-Fiction: Lifestyle Book of the Year in The British Book Awards. Sharing everything from tips on nutrition to vegan recipes, beauty and travelling, Henry and Ian have accelerated veganism’s journey to mainstream popularity. Most recently, in 2020, Henry and Ian presented Living on the Veg on ITV, joined each Sunday morning by guests to share their impressive vegan recipes.
