British former footballer turned popular pundit, Graeme Le Saux made a name for himself as part of the most successful Premier League team of the 1990’s. Named as part of the Professional Footballers’ Association’s Team of the Year whilst at Chelsea and later again at Blackburn, Graeme proved a skilled and dominant player in his day, which led him to be equally revered in his secondary career as a commentator and football speaker. An honour for any sportsman, Graeme was called up to represent the England national team on forty two occasions, including in the Under 21s division. As the side’s talented left back he was selected to play in all four of England’s 1998 World Cup games and his only international goal went down as an iconic occasion, recently named as England’s eighteenth Greatest Ever Goal. After announcing his retirement and hanging up his boots in 2005, apart from one return match at Wembley, Graeme naturally transitioned into the role of a football pundit.
In demand by broadcasters for his evident insight on the game and popularity with fans, Graeme worked for the BBC on their Match of the Day 2 programme and on Radio 5 Live. In addition he has become renowned for his commentary for the US based NBC Sports.
