Fabian Hine

Freelance auctioneer Fabian Hine has been working in auction houses and auctioning at charity events for more than forty years, with thirty-one of them spent as the Director of British Car Auctions. Now working freelance Fabian Hine is available for private, corporate and charity auction events.

A specialist car auctioneer, Fabian has facilitated the sale of over a million vehicles across the UK; he has a particular interest in classic cars and has previously auctioned the official Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car as well as vintage Bugatti’s for over £1 million. Fabian Hine has also worked as an auctioneer for a variety of boats, aeroplanes, helicopters and even race horses.

Fabian prides himself on his charity work and has worked as an auctioneer for a vast range of charities from the Make a Wish Foundation to the Wooden Spoon Society and The Shooting Star Trust. He has also auctioned cars, antiques, houses and art for the Monaco Tourist Board, The Royal Bank of Scotland and National Rent-a Car.

Fabian Hine has worked as an auctioneer at some of the most prestigious venues in the UK, including The Savoy Hotel and at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi. He has worked for celebrities and private vendors and is the sole auctioneer and event host for Swinley Forest Golf Club and provides charity auction services for both Sunningdale and Wentworth Golf Clubs.
