Debbie Wosskow, OBE, is a multi-exit entrepreneur, investor, and keynote speaker known for her influence in business innovation, gender equity, and economic empowerment. As Co-Chair of the Invest in Women Taskforce, Debbie has spearheaded efforts to raise over £250 million to support female-led businesses in the UK, a groundbreaking initiative to close the funding gap and unlock inclusive economic growth. 

Debbie’s career journey began after earning an MA in Philosophy and Theology from Oxford University. At just 25 years old, she co-founded Mantra PR, a public relations consultancy that she successfully sold to the Loewy Group in 2007. Her entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish as she co-founded Maidthorn Partners, a boutique investment firm focused on the creative industries, laying the groundwork for her future ventures. Debbie’s story is a commitment to identifying opportunities, driving innovation, and making a lasting impact.

In 2011, Debbie founded Love Home Swap, a subscription-based home exchange platform inspired by the film The Holiday. The platform grew to include over 100,000 homes in 150 countries and was eventually sold to Wyndham Destination Networks for $53 million in 2017. She later co-founded AllBright, a networking platform designed to support and connect professional women. In her current role as Executive Chair of The Better Menopause, Debbie is driving change in women’s health by delivering science-backed solutions that empower midlife wellness. Her leadership and vision have earned her an OBE in 2016 and the Freedom of the City of London in 2019.
