One half of the TV Doctor duo, Chris Van Tulleken is the identical twin brother of Alexander van Tulleken, otherwise known as Dr Chris and Dr Xand. Dr Chris is highly regarded for his media appearances, which include The Doctor Who Gave Up Drugs, Trust Me, I’m A Doctor and Operation Ouch!. A doctor with a difference, his unique approach to prescriptions, medical treatments and mental health disorders set him apart on screen – and the speaking circuit. Educated at the University College London, Dr Chris earned his PhD at one of the most prestigious colleges in the country. Aside from his media roles, Dr Chris and his brother are board members and patrons of Doctors of the World UK, a healthcare charity.
He is an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London’s Division of Infection, as well as a Doctor of Infectious Diseases at the University College Hospital in London and The Hospital for Tropical Diseases.
