Annisha Taylor

Annisha Taylor is one of the UK's most influential culture and organisational transformation leaders, with over 15 years shaping the conditions for high performance inside Ofcom, the BBC and the John Lewis Partnership. She is Group Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at Ofcom, former Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at the BBC, and an Honorary Equity Fellow at the Institute for Equity.

Her provocation on stage is simple, most organisations treat culture as a campaign, a values refresh, an inclusion drive and a leadership programme, when it is in fact a system. Align behaviours, leadership, ways of working and governance, and organisations become more agile, innovative and trusted, and they deliver results faster.
