Ana Larrea-Albert, the founder of Latina Leadership Collective, is a leadership and organisational expert who inspires her audience to further their lives and businesses to reach their highest potential. With over 20 years of experience in international business, Ana is a highly sought-after keynote speaker who is dedicated to changing the narrative of Latina professionals.
After moving to the United States from Ecuador, Ana began her career by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, followed by an MBA in International Business. During this time, Ana launched the NENANI Mentoring Programme at FAU to support Latina students with leadership and networking skills. After over two decades of experience, including serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience for the European Maritime Multinational, she decided to increase her knowledge and graduated from Harvard University with an MPA.
Ana continues to inspire others across the globe, leading the transformation of teams worldwide through coaching, development programmes, workshops and training. She is a dedicated pioneer for developing Latina professionals to step into their power and was nominated for the 2022 Everyday Hero Award for her contributions, along with being honoured as a Latina of Influence. Ana additionally authored the children’s bilingual book series ‘ZeeZee Can’, encouraging children to dream big. Her second book received an honourable mention at the 2021 International Latino Book Awards for Most Inspirational Children’s Picture Book.
Ana is a sought-after speaker who has spoken and worked with organisations such as NASA, PayPal, First Data, Office Depot and more.
