Belle Voci

Duo Opera Act That Starred On The Voice

Belle Voci are a singing duo comprised of Emily and Sophie, who both dreamed of being classical singers when they were growing up. At the age of 22, the pair met while working in the same pub and decided to team up in an effort to make their musical dreams come true. They say that chef Emily was dicing an onion one day while singing when waitress Sophie came in suggested they sing together sometime.

The duo, who hail from Chester, sang Flower Duet by Leo Delibes in their Blind Audition and made it onto Jennifer Hudson’s team. They beat out Scarlett Quigley in the Battles before singing Nella Fantasia by Sarah Brightman in the Knockouts. Their rendition of Adele’s Skyfall sealed their place in the final– but they were beaten to the crown by Ruti Olajugbagbe.
