Starting his creative career at 16, Liam began posting his photography and promo work for brands on social media, which has led to him working with major names in music, sport and fashion. Passionate about supporting the creative community, Liam launched the HEADS magazine with his partner, which began by capturing 30 creatives from Manchester, who were featured in the first edition, displayed on Europe’s biggest digital billboard and exhibited across venues locally. Attracting attention from the local community, they opened an art gallery to showcase the work of emerging artists and the brand later evolved into a creative agency, HEADS Creative. In four years, the team has put on over 140 events and collaborated with local brands, including Manchester United, Cupra, Selfridges Media City and Sofar Sounds, helping to book local talent for adverts and campaigns. Further boosting opportunities for local creatives, Liam co-founded Manchester Creative Council, a grassroots-led initiative supporting musicians, artists, filmmakers and designers to build a career in the creative industries through workshops, tutorials and events.
Recognising the impact of these projects on the community, Liam has been featured by Manchester Evening News multiple times, ITV and GRM Daily. During his 10-year career as a photographer, he set up residency in Hollywood, where he attended prestigious events, previews and fashion shows and captured photos of Lady Gaga and Floyd Mayweather Jr.
