She has worked with major organisations including Intu, RBS, KPI Dent, Essex County Council, English Heritage and numerous legal, accountancy, construction and marketing firms. In 2011, Jane founded The English Tea Company, and by 2013, she had become its Managing Director and self-styled Chief Scone Gnome. That same year, the company achieved remarkable success, winning the Small Business of the Year Award and setting a Guinness World Record for the largest tea party in the world, demonstrating her flair for combining business with memorable experiences.
Alongside her business achievements, Jane has built an impressive portfolio of media appearances, publications and thought leadership. She published ‘Play Nicely! Best Behaviour in Business’ in 2012, followed by her Amazon bestseller ‘Scone or Scone: The Essential Guide To British Afternoon Tea’ in 2019.
