Emma Grede is a pioneering British entrepreneur and fashion industry leader, celebrated for her commitment to inclusivity and innovation. As the co-founder and CEO of ‘Good American’, a founding partner of ‘Skims’, and co-founder of ‘Safely’, she has transformed the way fashion businesses operate. Her work alongside the Kardashian-Jenner family has solidified her place as a driving force behind some of the most successful and forward-thinking brands today. Emma's most significant achievement is her role in revolutionising body positivity and size inclusivity in the fashion industry, challenging norms and creating space for all women to feel empowered.

Emma's path to success began in East London, where she was raised by her single mother. From an early age, she demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, working various jobs to fund her love for fashion. She attended the London College of Fashion but left before completing her degree to gain real-world experience. Her career took off when she founded ITB Worldwide, a talent management and marketing agency, at the age of 26. Her passion for creating meaningful brand partnerships and her natural networking abilities quickly propelled her into the upper echelons of the fashion industry.

In 2016, Emma co-founded ‘Good American’ with Khloé Kardashian, a brand known for its revolutionary size-inclusive approach to denim and apparel. The brand's commitment to diversity, featuring models of all sizes and backgrounds, made headlines when it achieved $1 million in sales on its first day. Emma went on to co-found ‘Skims’ with Kim Kardashian, a shapewear line now valued at over $4 billion. Her entrepreneurial achievements extend to ‘Safely’, a plant-based cleaning brand co-founded with Kris Jenner. In addition to her business ventures, Emma is Chairwoman of the Fifteen Percent Pledge, a movement advocating for Black-owned businesses to receive more representation in major retail spaces. In 2025 she is appearing on our screens as a guest judge on the popular BBC show Dragon's Den.
