Dimitri Chichlo is a leading cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience at the top of Swiss and European banking. Today, Dimitri advises leaders, teams, and boards on cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, and leadership under pressure. As the Founder and Principal Advisor of AndSecure, a management and governance practice, Dimitri helps executives reframe cybersecurity as an issue of trust and strategic survival.
Beginning his career as a Financial Controller for Imerys, Dimitri soon moved into the security and risk sector by taking on the role of Operational Risk Manager at Société Générale. He moved to ING as Head of Risk Management before serving as VP of Information Security and BCM at Edmond de Rothschild. In 2018, he became a Senior IT Security Advisor at Union Bancaire Privée, implementing strategies for information security and data protection. Following his tenure, Dimitri acted as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of Ukreximbank, contributing to the Supervisory Board’s governance reform and overseeing management during wartime. In 2020, he founded AndSecure, an advisory practice focusing on cybersecurity, governance, digital transformation, and board-level risk oversight. In 2023, he was the Chief Security Officer at BforeAI, establishing a cybersecurity governance framework. Since 2025, he has served as a Visiting Professor at Albert School, specialising in cybersecurity and data protection, and is a Pre-Qualified Board Director Candidate for EBRD and the International Finance Corporation.
As a result of his incredible career, Dimitri’s time at Ukreximbank was recognised with various accolades, including the Euromoney ESG Award, The Banker Bank of the Year Award for Ukraine, and Forbes/KPMG’s top 10 digital transformation ranking.
