Years and Years

Years & Years are an acclaimed British electropop act that rose to international prominence with their infectious blend of synth-pop, dance and electronic music. Formed in London in 2010, Years & Years began as a five-piece before evolving into the trio of Olly Alexander, Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen. After signing with French label Kitsuné in 2013, they released the singles 'Traps' and 'Real', before joining Polydor Records and breaking into the UK charts with 'Desire'. Their breakthrough arrived in 2015 when 'King' reached No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart, followed by the release of their debut album Communion, which debuted at No. 1 and became the fastest-selling debut album of the year by a UK-signed act. They continued their success with Palo Santo in 2018 before announcing in 2021 that Years & Years would continue as Olly Alexander's solo project, with Goldsworthy and Türkmen pursuing other creative ventures.

Throughout their career, Years & Years became one of Britain's most celebrated contemporary pop acts, receiving six BRIT Award nominations and winning numerous industry accolades. Their third and final album under the Years & Years name, Night Call, debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart in 2022, giving the project a second chart-topping album. The group also collaborated with some of music's biggest names, including Pet Shop Boys, Kylie Minogue, Elton John, Galantis and Jax Jones, while performing at major festivals and arenas across the UK, Europe and beyond.
