Alexia Williams MBE is a multi-award-winning engineer and nationally recognised voice in skills and apprenticeships, currently working as Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce. Alongside her astonishing range of national and regional awards, she became a Chartered Engineer at the age of 25, one of only 12 women ever to achieve chartered status at or below this age. Due to her combination of first-hand experience and impact as an ambassador, Alexia is a highly sought-after keynote speaker on the future of the workforce.
Starting her career as an Engineering Degree Apprentice at Rolls-Royce, Alexia worked as a Deployed Lifecycle Engineer whilst also doing a Master's Degree Apprenticeship in Through-life System Sustainment. Shortly after her training, she became Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce. Alongside her career, Alexia holds numerous national leadership and governance roles, including Trustee of Enginuity, Non-Executive Director of EAL and Chair of the MAKE UK Future Makers, helping to shape the future of technical education and expanding access to high-quality careers.
