Juliet began her career in education before moving into the world of health and fitness as Sports Nutrition Distributor at Fusion. Then, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the industry, in 2010, Juliet launched Grenade with the dream to become the number one brand in sports nutrition. Following their development of their flagship product, the Thermal Detonator, Granade now has a large, award-winning product range including protein bars, performance nutrition and branded apparel, and is sold in over 80 countries.
Juliet built Granade on the pillars of trust, identity and authenticity, she was passionate about battling against the unhealthy, overpriced workout supplements that had flooded the market. After the sale of Granade in 2021, Juliet now spends her time sharing her expertise to support other entrepreneurs. The former Non-Executive Director at LoveRaw, currently serves as Non-Executive Director at Booch & Brew and is a consultant at Juice. Passionate about supporting young entrepreneurs, Juliet spends time supporting young business people with start-ups.
